Registration forms must be duly filled and submitted to the school office before the last date of the registration period.
Incomplete or illegible registration forms, or forms without required photographs, will not be accepted.
The dates for assessment or interaction will be provided at the time of registration. The school reserves the right to modify the date and time of assessment/interaction if necessary.
Submission of the registration form does not guarantee admission, which will depend on the performance in the assessment/interaction and the availability of seats.
A photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or a competent authority must be attached to the registration form for Pre-Primary classes.
For Class I and above, a photocopy of the report card of the last examination passed must also be submitted along with the birth certificate.
Age criteria for Nursery admission is 2.5 to 3.5 years as on April 1 of the academic session. Age must be mentioned correctly. Requests for age relaxation will not be entertained.
Students seeking admission to Class I and above will undergo an aptitude assessment or personal interaction.
Results will be displayed on the school notice board on the dates announced.
Selected candidates must pay the admission fee within the deadline mentioned in the result notice. Failure to do so will lead to automatic cancellation of admission.
The date of birth must be verified with the original birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation or Local Bodies. A self-attested photocopy must also be attached.
For Pre-Primary to Class IV: Only the birth certificate is required.
For Class V and above: A Transfer Certificate (TC) is mandatory. If the transfer is from another state, the TC must be countersigned by the State Education Authority.
Admission assessment will be conducted only after the admission form is duly filled and registration formalities are completed.
On the first day of school, students must report in full school uniform along with all books and stationery as prescribed by the school.
